Privacy Policy

Pet Doctor is a game for young children. We designed it to collect as little information as possible. We do not ask for, collect, store or share any personal information such as names, email addresses, photos, contacts or precise location. There are no accounts, no chat and no social features.

Information stored on the device

Game progress (levels, stars, collected items) and settings (sound on/off, volume) are saved only on the device. They are never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Advertising

The free version shows ads. Ads are requested as child-directed and non-personalized:

• On iOS ads are served by Google AdMob with "tag for child-directed treatment" and "tag for users under the age of consent" enabled and the maximum ad content rating set to G (general audiences). We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and never ask for tracking permission.
• On Huawei devices ads are served by Huawei Petal Ads with child protection enabled, the "under age of promise" tag enabled, non-personalized ads only and the strictest content rating (W, suitable for all ages).
• Sensitive ad categories (for example dating, gambling, alcohol, politics, religion) are blocked.

The ad provider may process limited technical data (such as device type, operating system version, app version and a coarse IP-based region) solely to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, under its own privacy policy: Google, Huawei. Ads are only shown at natural breaks (for example after a level), never during play.

In-app purchases and subscription

Optional purchases (a monthly "Premium" subscription that unlocks all levels and packs and removes ads while active, "Unlock everything" and content packs) are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Huawei (AppGallery). We never see or store payment information. All purchase screens, settings and external links are protected by a parental gate that young children cannot pass. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the store account settings. "Restore purchases" is available in the app.

Children's privacy

The app is directed to children and complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU GDPR as they apply to child-directed apps: no personal information is collected from children, there is no behavioral advertising and no third-party analytics.

Parents' choices

• Remove all ads and unlock everything with the monthly "Premium" subscription (behind the parental gate).
• Turn sound on/off at any time with the speaker button.
• Limit ad tracking system-wide in the device settings; the app does not track in any case.
